Product description
The new Worx WX845 cordless sliding miter saw achieves corded-equivalent power with the convenience of cordless portability. The sliding mechanism extends its cutting capacity up to 200 mm with 70 mm thick dimensional lumber. The bevel is adjustable between 0 and 45° on both sides to allow for angled cuts. The miter is also adjustable from 0 to 45° with 9 positive stops at 0, 15°, 22.5°, 31.6° and 45°, left and right. The laser guide provides perfect alignment and maximum precision. The unique XtraHand™ clamp holds the material being cut safely in place on both ends, preventing the piece from moving or lifting up once cut. This tool is part of the expanding Worx PowerShare, one of the most versatile cordless platforms that covers power tools, lawn and garden tools and everyday life products. PowerShare's "One Battery, Expandable Power" means the same 20V battery can be used in multiple configuration to power up 40V and 80V products.
