The pneumatic rotary hammer mechanism of the new Worx WX380 cordless rotary hammer packs an impressive 2.2 Joules of impact energy for fast drilling and chiseling in reinforced concrete. Its brushless motor ensures high output power and longer runtime, delivering 1,200 revolutions per minute and 5,000 impacts per minute. Its lightweight, balanced design comes in a compact form factor that allows access to hard-to-reach areas. When in chisel mode, the bit angle can be adjusted so that the operator can choose the most comfortable position, whichever the task. The supplied plug-in chuck converts the rotary hammer into a drill that uses round shaft bits. This tool is part of the expanding Worx PowerShare, one of the most versatile cordless platforms that covers power tools, lawn and garden tools and everyday life products. PowerShare's "One Battery, Expandable Power" means the same 20V battery can be used in multiple configuration to power up 40V and 80V products.
